I believe in myself and my dreams. As a teenager, when I wanted to join the youth hockey national team, I did it. As a forty-year-old, when I took the motorcycle driving license. Two years later, when I took my Enduro 9000 feet high Sommeiller summit on gravel roads. When skiing, when I began to draw my tracks on pristine powder slopes - after strenuous ascents with ski skins.
Just as in the business world. My professional career enabled me to spend several years in the USA, Mexico and Singapore. There is hardly a country I could not get to know professionally - and I do not want to miss any of it.
My focus in the last ten years has been on business development: successful growth, restructuring, change management and, in particular, integrations of acquired businesses. Good and less good experiences have shaped me and my thinking.
This is the treasure that I have today, which I extend every day and which I want to share. To leave some big footprints behind, to meet people who are passionately curious and have the passion to perform, that is important to me.
